We have defined a very strict protocol & taken all safety measures in line with the WHO.
This allows us to remain fully operational online and to send your orders home safely so If you wish to place your order you can do it normally.
In accordance with this safety protocol, processing your order might take 1-3 days. According to our shipping partner's measures, delivery times could be extended temporarily. You will be able to track the status of your order at all times.

- All orders are prepared within 24 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date. Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas ..)
- We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders. Below you will find further details on additional shipping methods.

- We guarantee every delivery so you can shop with confidence. In the extremely rare case the shipping company lose your package we'll resend it completely free of charge.
- If you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it's very important that you contact us immediately.
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. You can also track your order in "Track My Order". In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

- Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Bluesfield cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, war, natural disaster, strike, but please be assured that we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.
- In some cases, shipments may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Bluesfield has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All customized items, such as personalized photo charms cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service before send back your purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
